A popularly Vietnamese rice noodle soup in vegetarian version. It is made mainly from tofu, types of mushroom, tomato and of course rice noodle.
Originally, this steamed dish mainly made from ground pork, eggs, mushrooms and mung bean noodle. Here, ground pork is alternated by veggie ground meat and tofu. It is usually severed with rice.
