Vegetarian rice noodle
Herbs are popularly used in Vietnamese cuisine to enhance taste of food. Moreover, in term of medicine, herbs are useful to improve health or even support to prevent or treat some diseases. There are many herbs in Vietnam and for each dish, some certain types of herb should be used.
There is also herbs here in this vegetarian rice noodle like basil and rucola as well as few types of salad that can be found in German supermarkets. However, there are many more types are sold in Asian shops. Additionally, there are here vegetarian spring rolls and egg; and it is served together with sauce made from soy sauce, lime juice and sugar.
